Periodically, UCC Polling will be held by Governance Pool and Festivals, and high-quality UCC that received many votes will be minted into NFTs and will be sold in Dutch or English Auction style. When the NFT is sold, the creator will receive accumulated JOY tokens, and this will allow more players to participate in UCC Polling.
